About Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately we are currently only shipping within South Africa.
But we are working on it… Please enquire by email.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

You can expect your purchase to be delivered to you within 5 working days.
Most of our parcels will be a lot quicker, depending on where you are located, but any order should be with you pretty much within a week from placing the order.

We will email you the waybill number as soon as our courier has collected your parcel and give you an indication of when we expect it to be delivered.

Courier or PAXI

Cost for shipping is a flat rate of R85.

Wherever possible, we will always choose the door to door courier service for you. Parcels are shipped using Fastway.

Delivery to an outlying area takes a couple of days longer than to a major centre. In some instances, areas are only serviced on certain days of the week. If you are needing your order by a specific date, please allow an extra few days to accommodate this.

If you live in a remote area not covered by Fastway, we will send it to you via PAXI (to your nearest PEP store) on their 3-5 day service and you will have to go and collect it there.

Collecting from The Alpaca Loom in Paarl

You are of course able to collect from the farm in Paarl and say ‘Hi‘ to the alpacas at the same time.

How to do I track my parcel

When we email you your tracking number, we will also email you a link to the delivery company that is taking your parcel to you. You can copy/paste your tracking number into their website and check on the progress of your parcel.
